By accessing or using Telloria ("the Service"), operated by Telloria Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Telloria is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform that allows users to create characters, engage in roleplay conversations with AI, generate video scenes, and share content with the community. The Service is available via web at telloria.com and through our mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may register using Google, Apple, or email/password authentication.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create on the Service, including characters, conversations, and scenes.
  • By making content public, you grant Telloria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our content guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • AI responses are generated by third-party language models and do not represent the views of Telloria.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. Use at your own discretion.
  • You may not use AI-generated content for illegal purposes, harassment, or to create misleading information.
  • Generated videos and scenes are created using AI models and are subject to the same guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Circumvent any content moderation or safety systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription plans (Tale+ Pro and Tale+ Ultra).
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through PayPal.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Telloria Inc.
  • Character names and likenesses from third-party media are the property of their respective owners.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service's proprietary technology.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • AI-generated content quality may vary and is not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telloria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
